The largest derivatives conference in the region was held on 26 February in Tel Aviv.
The conference brought together leading experts – from leading asset managers, hedge funds, prop trading firms, market-makers, brokers, banks and exchanges in Israel, Europe and further afield – to discuss the main issues, opportunities and challenges facing the industry today.
The event, which offered participants the opportunity to forge valuable contacts to help drive business, is expected to have brought together 250+ delegates, representing a cross-section of the vibrant and growing Tel Aviv-based financial services industry.
BCSGM Director Raj Karan Singh participated in a panel discussion on “International Trading” moderated by Harel Gillon, co -CEO, Oppenheimer & Co. Other notable speakers, including Marin Frewer (ABN AMRO Clearing UK), David Helps (TMX - Montreal Exchange) and Adam Solomons (R.J. O'Brien) shared the panel to discuss such topics as the effects of Brexit, Coronavirus, predicted flows in international trading, new products emerging and trading opportunities these present as well as the latest innovations in market-making.
